I can't sign in / lost access to my account

Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen, or if you signed up with Apple or Google, make sure you're using the same provider. Still stuck? Email us from the address on your account and we'll verify you manually.

I was flagged as a no-show but I was there

Flags are based on the check-in window around kickoff. If you played but forgot to check in, ask your host — hosts and co-admins can correct attendance for a game before its result finalizes (24 hours after kickoff).

I was suspended from a group

Suspensions are automatic after 3 no-show flags in 30 days. They're group-level, not app-level — your account and record are untouched. Your host can lift a suspension at any time; that decision is theirs, not ours.

Billing: manage, cancel, or refund Host+

Host+ is billed through the App Store or Google Play — manage or cancel it in your store's subscription settings. Refunds follow the store's policy. If your subscription lapses, your groups freeze; nothing is deleted, and resubscribing within 90 days restores everything exactly as you left it (after 90 days, frozen groups are archived). Player+ is a one-time purchase and restores automatically on any device signed into your account ("Restore purchases" in Settings).

A score or result is wrong

Hosts can edit the score until the result finalizes, 24 hours after kickoff. If nobody records a score by then, the game is recorded as a 0–0 draw. After finalization, results are locked to keep records honest. If something is genuinely wrong after finalization, email us with the game link.

Change my nickname

Nicknames are permanent and unique — that's what makes reputation mean something. We only change them for safety or legal reasons; contact us if that applies.

Report a player or a group

Use "Report" on any profile, game chat message, or group page. Reports go to our team, not to the host. For urgent safety issues, email support@fcpickup.app with "SAFETY" in the subject.

Delete my account

Settings → Account → Delete account. Your personal data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy; anonymized game results remain so other players' records stay accurate.
